Nowaday u really like the cheesy a lot ya.. well well, let me bake one for u next month when i am back, maybe need mum to get the ingredients ready first. Recently i always do baking, almost bake every week. Last weekend i baked banana&choc muffins and the brownie. The muffins turned out sucessfully but the brownie so so only. will give it a try again this weekend.
ok, get the following ingredients prepared. 500g cream cheese, 1 cup plain yogurt, lemon, disgestive biscuit, and choc chip. For the rest like butter/planta, flour & etc, i think shouldnt be any problem as mum should have it ready. This is for Lemon Cheesecake & the Walnut & Choc Chip Butter Cake. If u want the Choc Swirl Cheesecake, just get additional 250g cream cheese. For cream cheese, try to get from those supplier shop selling the baking ingredients as it will be cheaper compared to Shopping ctr. I always shop at Phoon Huat here.
